Shipping time and conditions
All the products published here will be available in limited quantities and it is possible that in the period of time it takes to select the product and pay for the order, these stocks will expire; For this reason, all purchases and transactions carried out through this website are subject to a confirmation and verification process.
In case you have made your payment and the product is no longer available, it will be scheduled for a later delivery while it is prepared again, in which case we will contact you via email or WhatsApp, to inform you of the new shipping date.
The delivery time and shipping cost will depend on the city where you are located and the availability of the product. We dispatch in a maximum time of 1 to 4 business days if the product is available, otherwise it may take up to 2 weeks. It will be delivered by the transport company (these times may change without prior notice). The dispatch time starts from the next business day after the payment of the order and its respective approval.
The product will be delivered to any person of legal age who is located at the address provided on the form or at the door of the residential unit or building provided.
Make sure to fill out your personal data with truth and precision during the order; Any errors or inaccuracies in them, especially in the data of the address or nomenclature for the shipment of the products purchased, will be your sole responsibility, exonerating Tempura SAS from any claim for this circumstance, or for products delivered to the wrong addresses due to fault of the buyer.
In accordance with the provisions of the law, the maximum term for any claim or return is five (5) business days, counted from the date of receipt of the product by the customer. The delivery date will be the one that appears on the carrier’s document where the date and time of receipt by the customer is stated.
In the event that the return is due to product defects, the shipping and collection costs of the product will be borne by Tempura S.A.S.
If, on the contrary, the return is due to a lack of conformity of the client or another reason that does not imply that the product is defective, the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the client.
To make your guarantee effective, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reasons why you want to return the product (s), we will study the case and respond to you within 24 hours with the instructions for us to verify the product and proceed to accept or reject the guarantee. Any return without this prior communication will not be received.
